Return of goods: All building materials that are made "under the customer" - are not subject to return and are ordered in advance. In all other cases, the return process is carried out within the framework of the Law of Ukraine "On Return of Goods" under the conditions that the goods are not damaged, the integrity of the packaging is observed. Return delivery to the warehouse is at the expense of the buyer. After that, the return of the goods is documented and the refund to the buyer is made, for up to two weeks.
